What is Your Interactive Menu?
A digital menu for restaurants, cafés, bistros and bars. Guests scan the QR code on the table, browse the menu on their phone and send their order, which goes straight to the kitchen by email or text message.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The menu opens instantly in the phone's browser (Safari, Chrome), on iPhone and Android alike. No app to install and no account to create.
How much does it cost?
$400 for setup and configuration (one-time), plus $120 per year for hosting, in Canadian dollars. Online training is included. First-year total: $520; after that, just $120 per year. No monthly fees and no commissions on orders.
Are there per-order fees or commissions?
No. Unlike the big ordering platforms, Your Interactive Menu takes no commission and charges no per-order fees. Your menu and your data belong to you.
How does the kitchen receive orders?
Each order is sent automatically by email or text message, with the table and seat number, the item details, guest notes (for example "dairy-free") and the total, tax included.
Can I edit my menu myself?
Yes. From your phone, change a price, remove a sold-out item or add today's special. The change shows up on every device within seconds, with no technical skills required. If you'd rather have us handle a major update, it's $100 per update (optional).
Can the menu be offered in several languages?
Yes, in up to 8 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin and Japanese. The menu is translated automatically in one click, and each guest picks their language.
Are taxes calculated?
Yes. Totals include tax thanks to 12 regional presets: Quebec (GST + QST), Ontario (HST), British Columbia, France (VAT), United Kingdom, Australia and more. A custom option is also available.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes per restaurant once we have your menu. You fill in a short form (restaurant, configuration, menu), we build your branded app and hand you your QR code.
Can I give my manager access safely?
Yes. There are two access levels: an owner password for all settings, and a manager password for the menu, prices, sending method and theme — without access to sensitive settings.
Can the menu match my brand?
Yes: your business name, your categories, your descriptions and a choice of 5 colour themes.
